* Boarding fee is charged from the day of admission. If you pick your dog(s) up on day of collection within the first hour of the kennels opening (see opening times) we will charge £5.00 per dog for your dog(s) last days board. Thereafter the final days charge will be applied at the full kennel day rate (as published above).
A deposit will be required to secure your booking. This will be £50.00 per kennel or settlement in full if the total amount due is less than £50.00. The balance (if applicable) will be due in advance of the boarding period or on the day your dog is dropped off.
We accept cash, cheque or card payments.
We also accept payment by bank transfer. We ask that payment is presented as cleared funds in the kennels receiving account on or in advance of dropping your dog off. Please reference your payment with your dogs name and your surname e.g. SPOT (Smith)

New Years Day, Christmas Day & Boxing Day will be charged at double the published day rate.
Please note that single occupancy of an extra large kennel will carry a £10 per day surcharge.
A collection and drop off service is available and will be charged at £1.00 pence per mile with a minimum call out charge of £5 per single journey.
Out of hours drop off and collection will each incur a £10 surcharge (not available before 8a.m/ after 7p.m)
Full cancellation not notified prior to 1 week of the boarding start date will be liable to 50% payment of the total booking value. If cancelled within 72 hours of commencement of the start date you will be liable to 100% payment of the total booking value.
Any changes to the booked boarding duration should be notified at least 72 hours in advance of the start of the dogs stay at the kennels. Failure to notify will result in the full booking term charge being applied.
Any customer failing to honour a booking without any notification will be liable for payment in full.
Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions will be subject to our normal cancellation terms.
